Rise for the Fight Pre Alpha Build 21 Out Now
Pre Alpha Build 21 brings some BIG changes, such as a FFA overhaul, as well as bringing back Infection, and some other cool changes.
Here is the changelog:
- FFA got a HUGE Update! You can now pick a FFA Loadout, and Swap your P13 Pistol with your loadout gun with Upgrade Points. To swap your gun, you must have 3 Upgrade Points, and select the Swap Gun option by pressing RB on controller, or 2 on Keyboard and Mouse when prompted, then press the Confirm Upgrade button.
- Increased All Gun Stats for FFA Loadout Guns, as they WILL NOT be upgradable.
- All modes except for FFA, Pandemic, and Infection, have their Max Kills To Win setting set to 15.
- New UI Elements have been added to show Upgrade Options, and How To Upgrade.
- New UI Element has been added to show Upgrade Points icon.
- Slightly shifted Kill Trophies upwards to make room for Upgrade Points Icon.
- Removed Heart Attack from mode list, as there are issues with the gameplay with that mode. It will be brought back in a future update.
- Some Guns that are Semi-Auto on Keyboard and Mouse are now Semi-Auto on Controller.
- The Dynamic Crosshair Max scale is now 3x its original size.
- Zombies in Pandemic now have a lunge distance nerf, going from 150 to 50, due to movement speed.
- Zombie Attack Distance in Pandemic has been nerfed from 20 to 15.
- Zombies in Pandemic now have 300 Health, taking 3 Critical hits (all pellets hitting the zombie) to kill.
- Zombies in Pandemic can no longer upgrade their fists. Why would you want to swap your original hands with different hands? :P
- The Zombie AI in Moshpit now follow a NavMesh instead of following the player's exact location, (which caused the zombies to get stuck on walls.)
- Disabled Singleplayer, for now. Working on improving the Zombie AI for Moshpit and Decapit.
- Rearranged Guide Menu, and Separated Keyboard and Mouse, as well as Xbox controls to different tabs.
- Decreased Lobby Size from 10 to 5 for testing purposes, as the lobbies never filled up to 10 players due to low player count on the server.
- Infection is coming back with a big update to it. Zombies, compared to the ones in Pandemic, have slower movement speed, and attack speed, however, their lunge distance is set to 150 instead of 50 (which can be tripled if aiming), their health has been increased from 120 to 180, and their damage is 60 HP instead of 30 HP.
- Zombies in Infection can now triple their lunging distance when aiming.
- Zombies in Infection now have an Attack Rate nerf, going from 1.25 to 1.
- Last Man Standing in Infection now gets doubled health.
- Humans in Infection now get a SP10 Slug Pistol instead of a SG3 Shotgun.
- SP10 ROF Upgrade Tiers for Infection have been nerfed from (0.5 / 0.5 / 0.5) to (0.25 / 0.25 / 0.5).
- Attempted to fix an issue where after dying enough times, some players would respawn and be completely invisible.
- Updated the Guide Menu to replace Symbols and UI with Upgrading Guns.
KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS BUILD:
- Infection will sometimes not pick a zombie. If this is the case and it doesn't infect someone within 15 seconds after the game starts, all players will need to leave that match, and try matchmaking again.
